Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine that drives our marketing campaigns from conception to execution. You will support the development and implementation of strategies across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth within the competitive UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our various hospitality venues.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and successful launch.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including briefs for graphic design, photography, and video content.
Digital Marketing & Content:
- Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content calendars, writing compelling copy, and scheduling posts.
- Support the management of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta/Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
- Assist with updating and optimizing company websites and landing pages.
- Draft and schedule email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional blasts).
Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing software.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
Event Coordination & Partnerships:
- Support the planning and promotion of events, from intimate chef's tables to large-scale venue launches.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams (F&B, Venue Management) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners.
Internal Coordination & Administration:
- Act as a key liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams.
- Manage inventory and ordering of marketing collateral and promotional items.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, contracts, and invoices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 3–4 years of proven marketing experience, essential within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, F&B, or lifestyle brands).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE consumer market, cultural nuances, and current trends in the hospitality and F&B scene.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic understanding of SEO/SEM. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic design tools is a plus.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
