The Role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to own and lead the entire marketing vision for our F&B portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes hospitality marketing. You will be responsible for building brand love, driving footfall, maximizing revenue, and creating unforgettable customer experiences across all our venues.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overarching annual marketing strategy and budget for the entire F&B portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team (if applicable) and agency partners.
- Act as the custodian of our brands, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Brand Building & Campaign Management:
- Conceptualize and launch 360° marketing campaigns for new venue openings, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local brands, influencers, and media to amplify reach and brand credibility.
- Oversee all PR and communications efforts to ensure positive brand sentiment and manage any potential issues.
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing:
- Spearhead the digital strategy, including website SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to achieve strong ROI.
- Leverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative & Content:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, written) tailored for different platforms and audiences.
- Oversee the creative direction for all marketing collateral, from in-menu graphics to digital assets and OOH advertising.
Commercial Acumen:
- Work closely with venue General Managers and F&B teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase average spend, repeat business, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Who You Are
- A proven marketing leader with 8+ years of experience, with a significant portion gained within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful, ROI-positive marketing strategies.
- A digital native, highly proficient in all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- An exceptional creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- A data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with analytics and using insights to inform strategy.
- An inspiring leader and excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A resilient, hands-on, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
