Position Overview
YTYCHEM INTERNATIONAL FZE is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is central to the smooth operation of our supply chain, providing critical administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be a diligent problem-solver with excellent communication skills in both Tagalog and English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Shipment Coordination & Operations Administration:
- Coordinate and monitor the daily schedule of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist in planning and routing for local deliveries and collections.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics and operations team.
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
2. Document Control & Record Management:
- Prepare, check, and process logistics documentation, including shipping orders, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, transactions, and inventory movements.
- File and archive documents systematically for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
3. Delivery Tracking & Communication:
- Act as a central communication link between drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and management.
- Proactively track shipments and deliveries, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any delays or issues that arise during transit.
- Relay schedule changes, delivery instructions, and other critical information effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience ("Track Record")
- Experience: Proven basic experience in logistics, supply-chain administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Tagalog and English is essential.
- Coordination Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
