Customer Service Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 5,000 – 10,000 AED (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and creating positive, lasting impressions. You will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, questions, and concerns, and offer effective solutions and alternatives.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Go above and beyond to meet customer expectations and deliver service that exceeds their needs.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide the most current information to customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, tourism, F&B) or a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in business or hospitality are beneficial.
