Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition | AED 40,000 – 45,000

Role Summary:
The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a key player in executing our talent strategy. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a team of recruiters while personally handling critical, complex requisitions. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring we meet our hiring goals for mid-to-senior level positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Assistant Managers and Recruiters, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of recruiting for senior-level and business-critical roles, managing the process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers across the business to understand their team needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve the candidate journey, and enhance the efficiency of the TA team.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and salary benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
- Reporting: Track and analyze team and individual performance metrics, reporting on key findings to the Director of TA.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a people-management capacity.
- Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced corporate/ RPO environment is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a focus on mid-senior level positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
