Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Villas

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with an exceptional portfolio in high-end residential design, specifically luxury villas for private clients. The ideal candidate will have a refined aesthetic, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage the entire design process for bespoke, multi-million dirham residences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-end villa projects from initial client briefing through concept development, detailed design, and site supervision until handover.
- Create bespoke, sophisticated, and highly detailed interior concepts that reflect the client's personality and lifestyle.
- Develop comprehensive drawing sets, including detailed joinery, millwork, and ceiling designs.
- Select and source unique, high-end FF&E, art, and accessories.
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and specialist suppliers to ensure the highest quality of execution.
- Oversee the procurement process and manage project budgets for FF&E.
- Ensure that every detail of the project is executed to the highest standard of luxury.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
- A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing completed luxury villa projects in the UAE or other key global markets.
- Deep understanding of luxury materials, custom furniture design, and art curation.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
