3D Visualizer - Luxury Hospitality Experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with specific experience in creating photorealistic visuals for luxury hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and materials, and be able to bring architectural and interior designs to life with exceptional quality and artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and virtual tours for luxury hotel, resort, and F&B projects.
- Work closely with the interior design and architecture teams to understand and interpret design concepts, materials, and lighting intent.
- Model 3D scenes based on CAD drawings, sketches, and reference images.
- Develop and apply textures, lighting, and entourage to create compelling and emotionally engaging visuals.
- Manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and software in 3D visualization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a portfolio that clearly showcases completed luxury hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, etc.).
- Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer (or V-Ray), and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, perspective, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction from Creative and Design Directors.
- A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization is preferred.
