Salary: Up to AED 7,000 per month (subject to experience and qualifications)

Job Summary
We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator who is a fluent Tagalog speaker. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our transaction process, ensuring all administrative tasks, especially those related to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) documentation, are handled with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a UAE brokerage or developer environment and be an expert in managing contracts and critical forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Serve as the primary administrator for all real estate transactions, from initial offer to final handover.
- RERA Documentation: Expertly prepare, process, and file all necessary RERA forms, with mandatory experience in Form A (Memorandum of Understanding), Form B (Joint Registration Form), and Form F (Power of Attorney).
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage lease and sales agreements, addendums, and other contractual documents, ensuring full compliance with company policy and UAE law.
- Client & Broker Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, landlords, and internal sales agents, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth process.
- Database Management: Accurately maintain and update property listings, client records, and transaction details in the company's CRM system.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling viewings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language: Must be a fluent Tagalog speaker. Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator, specifically within a UAE real estate brokerage or development company.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on experience with handling contracts, Form A, Form B, and Form F. Familiarity with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA systems and procedures is essential.
