Job Description: Sales Executive – Premium Menswear
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai Mall, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 per month (subject to experience and qualifications)

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, and driving sales in a high-energy, luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Sales:
- Greet, engage, and build rapport with high-net-worth clients in a professional and personalized manner.
- Provide expert product knowledge on fabrics, fits, and the latest fashion trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver a five-star, personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury status of our brand.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive relationship management and clienteling.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the sales floor is maintained to the highest visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Process transactions accurately and manage the cash desk.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving new deliveries and conducting stock counts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive and high-performing store environment.
- Share product and client feedback with the Store Manager to contribute to business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in either Russian or Arabic is mandatory. Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium menswear.
- Location: Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an in-person interview.
- Appearance: Impeccable personal presentation and a strong sense of style that aligns with a premium brand image.
