Position Title: Project Manager - Fitout

Summary:
We are seeking four highly experienced and dynamic Fitout Project Managers to oversee high-end commercial, hospitality, and residential fitout projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong civil engineering background and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), budgets, and resource allocations. Lead the entire project lifecycle from design coordination and client liaison to site execution, snagging, and handover.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage site supervisors, foremen, engineers, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site meetings and ensure clear communication channels.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants (MEP, Architects, Structural), and authorities. Manage expectations, provide regular progress reports, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project finances rigorously, identify cost variances, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with the Finance and Procurement departments for cost reporting and forecasting.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to quality control procedures, company HSE policies, and UAE regulations (DM, Trakhees, JAFZA, etc.). Ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and payments. Ensure they deliver as per agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks (technical, logistical, financial) and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Ensure meticulous maintenance of all project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, variation orders, meeting minutes, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of specific UAE experience in the interior fitout industry (joinery, MEP, finishes, etc.). Must have a portfolio of completed fitout projects.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and AutoCAD viewer.
- In-depth knowledge of fitout materials, methodologies, and sequencing.
- Strong financial acumen and contract management skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, decisive, excellent problem-solver, able to work under pressure, and possessing strong negotiation skills.

- Salary Range: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
