Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment within the vibrant fashion retail sector. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, brings a positive attitude, and is ready to contribute to key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation and organization of HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, onboarding processes, and training coordination.
- Help with data collection and basic analysis for HR reporting and metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and possesses a strong desire to learn about HR practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Visa Status:
- Candidates currently on a Family Sponsorship / Dependent Visa in the UAE are preferred.
