2. Back-of-House Crew
You are the heart of our operation, where quality and speed come together to create amazing food.
- Roles Include: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Kitchen Assistants.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients and following recipes with precision and care.
- Cooking and plating dishes to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
- Ensuring proper food storage, labeling, and safety procedures.
- Working efficiently during peak service times.
- Keeping the dish station organized and ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment.
No prior experience is required for all positions—we provide training! We value a great attitude and a willingness to work hard over a long resume.
