About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Procurement Executive with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of UAE experience, preferably within the fit-out or construction industry, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services related to civil and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors for construction materials, finishes, fittings, and other project-related items.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Assist in developing procurement budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Fit-Out Procurement Expertise (Preferred):
- Specialize in sourcing fit-out-specific materials such as MEP components, partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, and sanitary ware.
- Knowledge of fit-out suppliers, market trends, and material specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in procurement, preferably within fit-out, construction, or interior contracting.
- Experience in procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction/fit-out materials and market rates in the UAE.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates with a civil engineering background and UAE-based fit-out procurement experience.

- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
