Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports To: Head of Business Development / Sales Director

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding market trends, and representing the company as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research, identify, and target potential new clients and market segments.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of offerings.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Core Skills:
Sales & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and marketing principles.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
Master Negotiator: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on creating win-win outcomes.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
