We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a leading multinational garment manufacturing group with operations across the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and the United States.
This role will support the Group CFO in strengthening the organization’s financial strategy, governance, reporting, costing, treasury, and multi-country performance management. The ideal candidate will bring deep manufacturing finance expertise and the ability to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the CFO in executing financial strategy and long-term planning
-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple countries
-Ensure timely, accurate, and IFRS-compliant consolidated reporting
-Strengthen internal controls, accounting practices, and financial governance
-Manage costing models (standard costing, ABC, pre/post-costing)
-Drive factory margin analysis and order profitability
-Support liquidity planning, cashflow management, and FX risk
Qualifications:
-Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) – mandatory
-10–15 years’ experience in finance, including manufacturing or multi-plant operations
-Experience in apparel, textiles, or global supply-chain-driven industries preferred
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, costing, treasury, corporate finance, and multi-currency environments
-Experience with ERP/financial systems and group consolidation
