Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities in the joinery factory
Plan and optimize workflow to meet project deadlines
Monitor quality standards, production efficiency, and resource utilization
Coordinate with design, project, and workshop teams for smooth execution
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to safety standards in the factory

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
3–5 years of experience in Joinery, Fit-out, or Manufacturing (recent experience mandatory)
Strong knowledge of production processes, woodworking machinery, and quality control
Proficient in production planning and MS Office
Immediate joiners or available within 30 days preferred
