Store Manager
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our flagship location. You will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a deep understanding of retail management and fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising standards, scheduling, and loss prevention.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer service issues.
- Maintain store budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with head office departments (buying, marketing, HR) on campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a store management role within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable P&L.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office.
