We are looking for a Planning Engineer - Maintenance Department, supporting effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance planning & scheduling (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Shutdown planning for paper machines & winders
• SAP PM: work orders, task lists, BOMs, master data & reporting
• Backlog tracking, KPIs, PM compliance & RCA participation
• Spare parts coordination with warehouse & procurement
• Gantt charts, shutdown schedules & resource planning (MS Project)
• Cross-functional coordination with Production & Maintenance teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong experience in maintenance planning & SAP PM
• Exposure to shutdown planning and CMMS optimization preferred
