📢 We’re Hiring – Receptionist cum Cashier (Customer Service Department)

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist cum Cashier to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate should have strong front desk experience in a healthcare setting and be proficient in hospital management systems.

📝 Job Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and welcome patients professionally
Handle patient registration, appointments, and billing
Process payments and maintain accurate cash records
Coordinate with the Physiotherapy, Radiology, and Laboratory departments
Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in the system
Address patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of front desk/reception experience in Physiotherapy, Radiology, or Laboratory departments
Expert in using the TrakCare application
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual proficiency is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment

💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
