We are seeking a seasoned Head of IT / Director of IT to take full ownership of the organization’s IT ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving IT strategy, infrastructure stability, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across the business.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will lead IT strategy and execution, ensuring scalable systems, secure infrastructure, and business-aligned digital growth.
Key Requirements:
-Strong exposure to manufacturing environments (preferred)
-Proven experience managing ERP, HRMS, and IT infrastructure
-Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management
-Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
-Experience handling multi-country or regional IT operations
-Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Packages Include:
-Salary: AED 40000 to 45000/month
