🔹 Role Overview
The Receptionist / Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing appointments, coordinating care, and supporting clinic operations with professionalism and efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients and manage front-desk operations
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and procedures
• Handle patient inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Coordinate between doctors, nurses, and patients
• Manage billing, insurance verification, and payments
• Maintain accurate patient records in the system
🔹 Requirements
✔ Previous experience in a medical center or aesthetic clinic preferred
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Arabic speakers preferred
✔ Experience in sales/patient coordination is an advantage
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
