We are hiring Salesman Drivers for a leading beverage company in Saudi Arabia. The role combines driving and direct sales responsibilities, ensuring timely product delivery while achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior sales or delivery experience and be capable of building strong relationships with retail customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
- Visit assigned retail outlets and promote beverage products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Collect orders and ensure proper product placement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Delivery Operations
- Safely drive company vehicle to deliver products
- Load and unload beverage stock efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Collect payments when required and maintain proper records
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily sales and delivery reports
- Maintain route plans and follow company sales strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and road safety regulations
🔹 Requirements
- Valid or expired Saudi HTV or LTV Driving License
- Gulf return candidates preferred
- Previous sales and delivery experience (FMCG preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
