🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local sales team
- Recruit, train, and scale a remote pre-sales team
- Develop and manage reseller and partner sales channels
- Establish strong sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Personally contribute to closing key deals and driving revenue growth
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals

- Former top-performing salesperson with a proven revenue track record
- Promoted into management based on performance
- Experience managing and scaling small sales teams
- Strong ability in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and structuring sales processes
- Hands-on leadership style with a builder mindset
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE sales experience required 🇦🇪
