Position: Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong industry knowledge in Electrical & Electronics within the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Electronics and Oil & Gas sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value contracts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technical teams, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Position the company as a preferred trading partner in the region
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience in a related industry
- Strong knowledge of Electrical & Electronics trading in Marine and Oil & Gas sectors
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into business value
- Target-driven with a strong “hunter” mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
