Position Title: Mid–Senior Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid–Senior Architect with solid UAE experience in designing residential apartment buildings.
The role involves leading architectural design, conducting feasibility and yield studies, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, and managing authority approvals in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design Leadership
• Lead concept, schematic, and detailed design for residential apartment developments.
• Develop massing, unit layouts, planning efficiency studies, and façade concepts.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost‑efficient, and market aligned.
2. Feasibility & Yield Studies
• Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and development feasibility.
• Prepare yield calculations including GFA, saleable area, efficiency ratios, and unit mix.
• Assess compliance with Dubai planning regulations.
3. Authority Compliance & Approvals
• Prepare and review drawings for authority submissions.
• Coordinate approval processes and respond to authority comments.
4. Consultant Coordination
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants.
• Conduct design review meetings and resolve clashes.
5. Design Review & Quality Control
• Review drawings, BIM models, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with standards and project briefs.
6. Project Support
• Support cost planning and design optimization.
• Assist during tender and construction stages.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years UAE experience in residential apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and approvals.
• Experience in feasibility studies and planning analysis.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong design and space planning skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
• Experience in high‑rise residential developments.
• Familiarity with saleable area calculations.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
