Position Overview
The Bending Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining industrial bending machines used in shaping, folding, and preparing printed or packaging materials. The role requires technical precision, mechanical understanding, and the ability to interpret production specifications accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up bending machines according to job specifications and technical drawings
- Adjust pressure, angle, and alignment settings to achieve precise bends
- Interpret production plans and ensure materials meet dimensional requirements
- Monitor machine performance throughout the production cycle
- Conduct quality inspections to detect defects or inconsistencies
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when necessary
- Maintain production records and report output data

Candidate Profile
