Press Setup & Configuration
- Install and align printing plates accurately
- Adjust ink fountains and dampening systems
- Configure paper feed and delivery systems
- Conduct trial runs and adjust registration
Color Management & Print Quality
- Monitor color density and consistency
- Adjust ink flow for optimal balance
- Ensure correct Pantone or CMYK color reproduction
- Conduct continuous print inspections
Production Oversight
- Maintain steady production speed while ensuring quality
- Record production data and output levels
- Reduce material waste through efficient calibration
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
