The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations, ensuring strong project cost control, effective cash flow management, and full compliance with UAE regulations. The role plays a key part in strategic planning and performance monitoring across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee project accounting, including budgeting, cost control, WIP reporting, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, progress billings, collections, and retention tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and coordinate with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, guarantees, and performance bonds.
• Strengthen internal controls and support external audits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 10–15 years of finance experience in UAE construction.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and UAE financial regulations.
