The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience, driving sales performance, and representing the brand’s values through service excellence and product knowledge.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Deliver a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote current collections, offers, and new arrivals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of home décor products and collections.
- Explain product features, materials, care instructions, and styling ideas.
Store Presentation
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
Operations Support
- Handle POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
🔹 Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, preferably home décor or lifestyle brands.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
