The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all inquiries, transactions, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Frontline Support
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services
- Provide accurate information about accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Banking Transactions
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account updates
- Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and UAE banking regulations
- Maintain accuracy in transaction records and documentation
Sales & Cross-Selling Support
- Promote bank products and services to customers based on their needs
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial products
- Support branch targets by contributing to customer acquisition and retention
Compliance & Risk Management
- Follow all compliance procedures and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines
- Verify customer identity and documentation in line with KYC requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a clean and organized service desk
- Ensure accurate daily reporting and documentation
- Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve service excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer service (banking experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Female candidates preferred
- Basic understanding of banking products and financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
