We are looking for a detail-oriented HRDF Specialist to manage all HRDF-related processes and ensure compliance with program requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience and mandatory hands-on experience dealing with HRDF programs and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all HRDF registrations, claims, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with HRDF representatives and ensure compliance with program policies
- Monitor employee eligibility and maintain accurate HRDF records
- Prepare and submit required documentation within deadlines
- Support HR team with onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
- Maintain proper reporting related to HRDF benefits and reimbursements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Mandatory experience handling HRDF processes
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
