We are seeking a detail-oriented Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to support training and development initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and assist with organizational improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in T&D and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support training and development programs, including planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Support HR in employee engagement activities and performance improvement programs.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure smooth program execution.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Training & Development or Organizational Development.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
