Position: (Senior) Quantity Surveyor

π Job Purpose
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for coordinating and managing all quantity surveying activities across company projects, ensuring accurate cost management, project valuation, and commercial control.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β’ Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ) according to project specifications
β’ Support project teams with scheduling of work and project planning
β’ Assist in tender preparation and cost estimation for new projects
β’ Support procurement in sourcing materials, machinery, and workforce requirements
β’ Review and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
β’ Monitor project progress and identify corrective actions when required
β’ Re-measure subcontractor works and verify accuracy of completed work
β’ Prepare monthly project valuations and cost reports
β’ Coordinate final project accounts with project teams and the finance department
β’ Ensure projects follow Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (QHSSE) standards
β’ Maintain strong coordination with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams
π Requirements
β Bachelorβs Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
β Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
β RICS Graduate Member preferred
β Good knowledge of Primavera planning software
β Strong understanding of BoQ, measurement of works, and construction commercial terms
