Position: (Senior) Quantity Surveyor

🏗 Job Purpose
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for coordinating and managing all quantity surveying activities across company projects, ensuring accurate cost management, project valuation, and commercial control.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ) according to project specifications
• Support project teams with scheduling of work and project planning
• Assist in tender preparation and cost estimation for new projects
• Support procurement in sourcing materials, machinery, and workforce requirements
• Review and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
• Monitor project progress and identify corrective actions when required
• Re-measure subcontractor works and verify accuracy of completed work
• Prepare monthly project valuations and cost reports
• Coordinate final project accounts with project teams and the finance department
• Ensure projects follow Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (QHSSE) standards
• Maintain strong coordination with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams
🎓 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
✔ RICS Graduate Member preferred
✔ Good knowledge of Primavera planning software
✔ Strong understanding of BoQ, measurement of works, and construction commercial terms
