Job Summary:

The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the RCM team, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between departments. This role is vital for maintaining organized records and supporting revenue cycle processes in healthcare or corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the RCM department and executives
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the RCM team
Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding documentation and queries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing, insurance claims, and payments
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for management
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Support the RCM team in day-to-day operations and special projects
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document scanning

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, secretarial, or RCM-related roles
Familiarity with healthcare billing, insurance, or revenue cycle processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
