Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager oversees all insurance operations, including claims, approvals, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance approvals, claims, and contracts
- Liaise with insurance providers and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare and insurance regulations
- Monitor claim processing timelines and resolve discrepancies
- Train staff on insurance procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Healthcare Administration, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare insurance management
- Strong knowledge of UAE insurance laws and MOH regulations
