Job Summary:
The Approval Officer reviews and processes insurance and medical approvals for patient services to ensure compliance and timely authorization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance requests and verify patient eligibility
- Process medical procedure approvals and authorizations
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients for approvals
- Maintain accurate records of approvals and denials
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in medical approvals or insurance
- Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and procedures
