Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock of F&B and consumables in line with standard procedures and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving and issuing of stock as per SOPs and FIFO method
- Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP systems (PRF, GRN)
- Conduct monthly and weekly stock counts and report variances
- Monitor expiry of items and ensure proper stock rotation
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and compliance with HACCP standards
- Assist in kitchen transfers and daily warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5–7 years of warehouse experience (preferably in hospitality/events)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse processes
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
