Job Summary:
The Coding & Billing Officer ensures accurate medical coding and billing for patient services, supporting revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for procedures and diagnoses
- Prepare and process patient invoices and insurance claims
- Review medical records for coding accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with insurance companies for claim approvals
- Maintain accurate coding and billing records
- Ensure compliance with MOH and insurance regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in medical coding and billing
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance procedures
Skills:
