- Supervise reinforcement and steel fixing activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and bar bending schedules
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
- Coordinate with engineers and QA/QC teams
- Ensure proper handling and placement of reinforcement materials
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping on site
🎯 Requirements
- Diploma or relevant technical experience
- 5–8 years of experience in steel fixing works
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement drawings and practices
- Experience in high-rise construction projects preferred
