🧾 Job Overview
The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for building projects. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and commercial awareness to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP project activities from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, and risks, ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards
- Review drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management
- Strong experience in high-rise/building construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- GCC/UAE experience preferred
