The MEP Construction Manager will oversee on-site execution of MEP works, ensuring proper coordination, quality, and timely completion of all construction activities.
đź› Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP construction activities on site
- Coordinate with civil teams to ensure smooth integration of works
- Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor manpower, materials, and site productivity
- Enforce safety standards and quality procedures
- Identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in MEP construction
- Strong site execution and coordination experience
- Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting)
- GCC/UAE experience preferredÂ
