Job Title: Junior Architect / Architect (Fresh Graduate)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative fresh graduate in architecture to join our team as a Junior Architect. The candidate will assist in design development, drafting, and project coordination while gaining hands-on experience in architectural practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
- Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings
- Support senior architects in design development and detailing
- Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements
Project Support
- Assist in preparing drawings for approvals and submissions
- Support project documentation and coordination
- Help in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications
- Participate in site visits and inspections
Software & Technical Work
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Create presentation materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, or other tools
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
Coordination
- Work with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Assist in communication with clients when required
- Support team collaboration on multiple projects
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
Skills
- Basic knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Good visualization and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
