Job Title: Senior Designer
Job Summary
The Senior Designer is responsible for leading creative design projects, developing high-quality visual concepts, and ensuring consistency in design standards across all deliverables. The role involves guiding junior designers, managing client requirements, and delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Lead the development of creative concepts and design strategies
- Create advanced and high-quality design outputs for projects
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity, project goals, and client expectations
- Review and approve design work prepared by junior designers
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project requirements
- Handle revisions and incorporate feedback effectively
Team Mentoring
- Guide, train, and support junior designers
- Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality
- Assign tasks and monitor design progress within the team
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients or stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and translate them into creative solutions
- Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Creative Development
- Research trends, materials, and innovative design techniques
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding
- Contribute to improving design processes and standards
Tools & Software
- Work with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software depending on specialization
- Ensure efficient use of tools for high-quality output
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in design roles
Skills
- Strong creative thinking and conceptual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in design software relevant to the field
- Excellent understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition
- Leadership and team management abilities
