Job Description
We are seeking experienced, service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage teams of luxury 5-star hotels in Cyprus. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests professionally, reflecting 5-star service standards
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including table settings and service stations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any requests promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Process payments and handle guest billing when required
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel restaurant or fine dining setting
- Good command of English (verbal and written); additional languages (Russian, German, French, Greek) are a plus.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays)
- EU passport or valid work permit for Cyprus (if applicable)
