Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Job Summary
A Teaching Assistant supports the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom. They help ensure students receive proper attention, assist with learning activities, and contribute to a positive and organized learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities
- Support students individually or in small groups with learning tasks
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment
- Supervise students during class, breaks, or school activities
- Assist in grading assignments, tests, and recording results
- Provide extra help to students who need academic support
- Help set up classroom resources and learning aids
- Communicate student progress to the teacher
- Support administrative tasks when required

Qualifications
