Job Summary
A Deputy Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring organizational goals are met. They act as the second-in-command and take charge in the manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in planning and executing business operations
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer or client issues and resolve complaints
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare reports, budgets, and performance analyses
- Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow
- Step in as acting Manager when required
