Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions. The role includes handling documentation, coordination, basic HR/admin tasks, and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Maintain files, records, and proper documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls).
- Assist in office procurement of stationery and basic supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain attendance records and support basic HR activities.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage calendars.
- Support billing, invoice tracking, and data entry tasks if required.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning of office resources.
- Assist management in routine administrative work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in administration or office support roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
