We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational workflows, documentation, and coordination across departments. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong administrative and organizational skills.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate operational workflows across internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain and manage operational trackers, contracts, and documentation
Support supplier onboarding processes, bookings, and approvals
Coordinate employee training schedules and handle related administration
Monitor workflow timelines and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion
Prepare and share operational reports and updates with management

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles
Strong documentation, organizational, and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
Background in construction, manpower supply, or commercial operations is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
