Job Title: HR Recruitment and Licensing Officer
Job Summary
The HR Recruitment and Licensing Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with employee licensing, visas, and regulatory requirements. This role supports talent acquisition while coordinating with government authorities to maintain valid employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and networking
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Licensing & Compliance
- Handle employee work permits, visas, and labor approvals
- Process renewals, cancellations, and amendments of employee licenses
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations
- Coordinate with government portals such as Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) or relevant local authorities
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation (passports, visas, licenses)
- Track expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
- Liaise with PROs (Public Relations Officers) and government departments
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Generate HR reports related to recruitment and compliance
- Support audits and internal HR reviews
- Assist in HR policy implementation and updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–6+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or licensing/PRO roles
- Experience in visa processing and labor law compliance (preferred in GCC countries)
