Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and enhancing the employer brand to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, networking, referrals)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements
- Monitor recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR software
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations
